WebPlatform Email Connector routes standard WordPress email through the WebPlatform
delivery service. It works with messages created through wp_mail(), including common
WooCommerce transactional notifications.
Features:
- Connects with a dedicated WebPlatform merchant API token.
- Supports HTML and plain-text email.
- Preserves the message subject and Reply-To address.
- Provides an optional connection test.
- Can be enabled or disabled without removing saved settings.
- Does not store third-party email-provider credentials in WordPress.
- Synchronizes WordPress users and WooCommerce orders with WebPlatform.
- Opens the WebPlatform Email Campaigns dashboard from WordPress.
External Services
This plugin connects to the WebPlatform service (https://webplatform.co.in) to deliver
email and synchronise WordPress data. Specifically, it sends:
- Outgoing email messages (recipient address, subject, body) to the WebPlatform email
delivery API when email routing is enabled. - WordPress user names, email addresses, and phone numbers, and WooCommerce order
summaries to the WebPlatform sync API when you trigger a manual sync.
No data is transmitted unless the plugin is configured with a valid merchant API token
and, for email routing, the routing option is explicitly enabled.

Instalim
- Upload and activate the plugin.
- Open Settings > WebPlatform Email.
- Enter the WebPlatform URL and merchant API token.
- Save the settings and test the connection.
- Enable email routing.
