Test your wordpress url to see if it contains the Varnish Cache HTTP headers using the API available at https://isvarnishworking.co.uk

How does this work?: It takes the URL of your wordpress installation and runs it through the API at https://isvarnishworking.co.uk and checks the HTTP headers for the X-Varnish, X-Cache and other varnish HTTP headers.
