Single Page FAQ [SINGLE_PAGE_FAQ] is a simplest and feature rich plugin to show all faq question in a single page. Provides A nice Frequently asked Questions Page with answers hidden untill the question is clicked then the desired answer slide down smoothly into view.
You can sort question by date , id , title or custom order.
Having FAQ’s on one page can help improve customer service by providing immediate answers 24/7. This light weight plugin does not include any external javascript or library.
Instalim
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
e.g.
- Upload
plugin-name.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Create Questions and Answers using the FAQ menu in the admin.
Note: On the FAQ edit or Add New FAQ, the title should be the question and the body the answer. - Place [SINGLE_PAGE_FAQ] short Code in a default wordpress Page for displaying the Frequently asked questions
- To change faq question sorting order , click on setting -> single page faq setting
