## Përshkrim

For SEO purposes we need to specify prev-next meta tag on our blog header. This 
action lets google or similar crawlers follow more easily our blog structure.

For example, on our blog installed on http://www.domain.tld/path/ if we are at our
second page, this plugin will set this two headers.

 1. Install “Prev Next Meta Header” either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, 
    or by uploading the files to your server inside the wp-content/plugins folder of
    your WordPress installation.
 2. Activate “Prev Next Meta Header” plugin via WordPress Settings.
 3. It’s done. Easy, isn’t it?
