How to Use
Creating a Form:
- Go to “Lead Hub” “Form Generator” in your WordPress admin menu
- Click “Add New Form”
- Give your form a title and description
- Select the fields you want to customize your form layout
- Configure validation rules and field requirements
- Save your form
Adding a Form to Your Website:
- Copy the shortcode displayed on the form list page
- Paste the shortcode into any page or post where you want the form to appear
- Alternatively, use the Lead Hub block in the Gutenberg editor
Managing Leads:
- Go to “Lead Hub” “Lead Management”
- View all your leads in a sortable and searchable table
- Click on any lead to view detailed information
- Use filters to sort leads by source, date, status, etc.
- Export selected leads as CSV for external use
Configuring Notifications:
- Go to “Lead Hub” “Settings” “Notifications”
- Enable or disable email notifications for new leads
- Customize the notification email template
- Set up multiple recipients for notifications
