    This message is optional. You can activate. The time Cookie is diferent
   from the Counter.

## Instalim

 1. Shkarkojeni shtojcën
 2. Përto krejt kartelat.
 3. Upload the entire `counter-ecl` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 4. Aktivizojeni shtojcën përmes menusë ‘Shtojca’ te WordPress-i.

## PBR

*The widget is completely intuitive, beam color combinations, size and if you want
