Instalim

Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ or install via the WP admin panel.
Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu.
Select “atec Database” link in admin menu bar.

Can I break my database with this?: Only if you drop essential tables. Be cautious with destructive operations like DROP or TRUNCATE.
Does this plugin optimize InnoDB tables?: Yes. It uses OPTIMIZE TABLE where supported.
Can I remove autoloaded options?: Yes, you can toggle the autoload flag for individual wp_options entries.
